Policies For Sellers

Our policies are designed to help create a fair and safe trading experience for all Petaa group users. As a seller, you’re responsible for regularly reviewing and complying with Petaa group’s selling policies, and for meeting your obligations as set out in our user agreement.

A. Opening and Maintaining an Online Store in the Peta Group.

1) Every new seller should follow particular steps correctly to create the store in the Petaa group and should properly understand and continue all instructions.

2) Every seller should ensure to have enough stocks of products which display in the store when listing to sale.

3) There should not be deficiencies and mismatches in the actual products and photos, videos, and other displayed materials’ of the products.

4) Sellers should clearly communicate products details to buyers.

5) Sellers should use their own photos, videos, and other materials to advertise products and they should not be unauthorized and owned by others.

6) Sellers should responsible to update details properly and should not change details in an unnecessary manner.

B. Receiving and Delivering Orders.

1) Each orders are accepted from Petaa group and payments are received to website’s payment gateway.

2) When receive an order, seller should deliver order on time and by using necessary packaging for omit damages from couriering to given buyer’s contact details.

3) All sellers should agreed to accept returns when buyers rejects orders when fair and reasonable matters and sellers should agree to website return policy.

4) For couriering sellers should use only the courier services which website allow and agreed to use. If sellers use any other ways to deliver orders, website and its management not get any responsibility of any cases and all should bear the sellers in such incidents.

C. Payments.

1) All payments from orders are collected to website’s account and seller should add their bank accounts to website management to transfer payments.

2) After ten dates from delivery date of an order if not any return or any other customer inquiry about order, the payment will be released to seller’s bank account after deduct all charges.

3) If have any inquiry or return case of an order, the payment will be freezed until the inquiry will sort out.

4) To process payments, sellers should amend the delivery details to website management through given platforms.

D. Return Accepting and Client Services.

1) All sellers should agreed to website return policy and should step forward with policies to offer best and trusted customer services.

2) If not fair reason to refuse customer returning order, sellers should liable to accept order without any concern and website will be refund the payments and seller should bear the delivery cost. However customers should explain fair reason to return the order with return
policy.

3) In return policy and inquiries, the final decision is made from website management and all sellers and buyers should agreed to accept the final decisions.

4) From courier service pick up the order to handover the order to customer properly, the seller should communicate and coordinate the order well mannerly.

5) Seller should keep well formal connection with buyers and communicate with buyers and give friendly customer services to each and every customer and all sellers should represent and maintain the website’s brand name and its loyalty

E. Prohibited and Restricted.

1) Highly secure all buyers details and share with third party is highly prohibited.

2) Sellers are not allows to communicate personally with buyers and all communications should be according with orders and it should not breach website’s rules and regulations.

3) If buyers make and inquiry about sellers, seller should give fair reasons about particular matters and final decisions will be announced web site’s management and sellers should allows to decisions.

4) If Seller’s breach any rule and regulations or violate any policy, it would be causes to accept any decision which made Peta group management.

Policies For Buyers

1) All buyers are most welcome to Petaa group and we are all always dedicated to give maximum benefit to our valuable customers.

2) Buyers can visit Petaa group website and search items in particular categories and if have need any clarifications, can directly contact via the website for relevant assistance.

3) Buyers can place orders through Petaa group’s website and pay for orders via online payment gateway.

4) Buyers should confirm orders after choose any item and make attention to omit cancellations and refund.

5) Buyers allow to return and request refund in fair reasons alone with Petaa group return policy.

6) Buyers should provide contact details and other required details when placing an order and should communicate with particular courier service till hand over the order to buyer.

7) Apart from website, sellers not allow to contact buyers in outside and if buyers connect with any third party platform or personally, website management does not liable to get any
responsibility for that matters.

8) If have any inquiries, complaints, feedback , buyers can directly contact the website.

9) There are no any third party engagements behalf of website and if some party attend to represent the website, buyers can inform to website about that matters. And also highly request not to engage with another third party activities such as promotions, discounts, lotteries, raffle draws and etc. If have any such activity or campaigns,it will be noticed on website.

10) Buyers satisfaction and provide best services are highly considered and buyers friendly attitudes towards Petaa group is highly appreciated.

Return Policy

1) Buyers have fair ability to return orders in reasonable matters.

2) The order return period is three days from receiving date of order and it should be not damaged from buyers hand or not intention to return without fair reason.

3) If have any return case, buyers should inform to website as soon as possible with the inquiry.

4) Food and beverages are not allowed to return and buyers should pay attention for that when placing an order.

5) In return cases, payback period is five dates from receiving order to sellers.

6) Buyer should pay courier charges for return orders and send receipts to website to get refund.
